Triple J Studios will now be Mountain Paw Studios

On September 2011, Jesse, Jarrett, and I launched Triple J Studios. And with that, we've had an amazing 5 years. We launched CloudSend, which as gained customers from over 100 countries, we launched a series called Conquest of Shadownia, which we consider a really unusual (but proud) project and achievement, and we released The Jump Off, a powerful documentary that will certainly make you feel hopeful.

All of this is great, but we’ve had a few shortcomings: updates were few, our support has been slow, and many different issues arose when it came to managing all of the different things that we planned to do. In short, we’ve made mistakes and pushed too hard on trying to get everything under control. Ultimately, we failed to make the company as great as we wanted it to be.

Because of this, we have said “enough is enough”. So, we’re pushing the reset button. While we’re not closing Triple J Studios, we will be resetting nearly everything from scratch. That is why we’re introducing you to Mountain Paw Studios: the next chapter of the company’s story.

Here is what will change: a new logo, a renewed focus on design, and a better outlook at life with a new company culture. Our book publishing priorities will stay in-house and will remain an even lower priority for us. This means that, starting today, Shadownia will no longer be available for sale. If we decide to bring back our in-house publishing again, we will let you know, but we think it will be best if we focus on our software development projects instead of spreading ourselves too thin. The Jump Off will also be removed. It has served us well in the last few years, but now it’s time to say goodbye. If you still would like to take a look at it, it will be available on our YouTube account.

Speaking of social media, all of our social media channels will either be overhauled or replaced with new ones. YouTube is certainly one of the latter. We have big plans on what we’re going to do with it, so stay tuned for it. All of our blog posts (as few as they are), will disappear from the website. However, if you want to read them, we will have a Medium account where they will live forever.

Support will be better: we are working on building a support website that will help you with all of your questions. We're not done with the website yet, but for now, we have a new contact page that you can use.

Finally, there is one more major change to the company that we have to address. And it’s related to the management. After 5 years of dedication, our dear friend and Chief Financial Officer, Jarrett Smith, will not be walking with us in this journey. On behalf of Mountain Paw Studios, we thank him for the fun and hard-working times that we had in getting the company to this point and we wish him all the best in all of his future endeavours.

However, what’s not going to change is our desire to make great projects. Jesse and I, Christopher Jr, will make sure that this company becomes as successful as possible. For the 5 years, we have learned many lessons along the way and we hope that the challenges and consequences have made us understand what we need to do in order to achieve these goals.

With that said, we will soon be announcing a brand new version of CloudSend. We will also be announcing a new game that we've been heavily working on for some time. We'll talk more about them once we're ready.

This is a new chapter for this company. We believe it has a bright future ahead of it. We hope you'll join us and enjoy what we have planned for you.
